Nokia phones can be formatted with a special three-stroke keystroke sequence on power-up. When turning the phone on, press and hold all these three keys at the same time: "GREEN/TALK" ," 3" and " * " when powering up the phone. When formatting begins, release the keys.
Ensure the battery is fully charged.

If the hard format code mentioned aboive does not work, try the following manual method to hard reset/format Nokia N95:
+ Turn off the mobile device.

Change the profile to General, then use *#7370#

1st switch off your phone press & hold * + 3 & call button alltogether and switch on the phone and hold until you phone formats after format completes your bluetooth will work....
warning of looseing all ur contacts and data...so take a backup b4 doin this

you can go to the nokia update service and cn reflash the software

Then try this reset, type:
*#7370# restore phone to factory defaults and format all user data.
