Hi,

Your Eureka Whirlwind 4388 takes Eureka Style "U" Belts, Part number 54312.

Suction is very poor

I would start with replacing the back hepa filter, the yellow filter on the bagless tank and the white filter beneath the intake housing. If that does not solve your problem, you have a clog in the system

The dirt cup clip broke and can't find the part!! Eureka whirlwind lite model#4388

I am assuming that you're looking for the handle at the front of the dirt cup... Part # 28131-288N, it has been replaced by part # 74985 Dirt cup grip assembly. If you call Eureka Customer Support at 1-800-282-2886 they will be able to find you a local dealer.

Belt location

If you torn the macine over, at the bottom of the sweeper you will see the belt on on side. You have to take the bottom part apart and remove the brushes to replace the belt. I hope this helps.
