Your going to have to reformat windows, or actually put a new operating system on. If you can take a picture of the error codes on the blue screen, or write them down, definitely do so. Then google "blue screen error (the code or codes)". That should help you identify the problem
The system fans are located at the bottom left of this laptop. If there's noise, then it means that the fan is working to cool down the processing. If the fan noise is too loud, then it needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
