My bizhub c250 is going through a hub to a router. I cannot print to the c250. I can ping the ip address and it sends and receive the 4 packets of info. What am I doing wrong???
Type in the ip address of the copier in your web browser. You should be able to log on to the web image monitor and even print a test page. If so you are 90% of the way there. Now go back to the printer setup screen in windows and click on the "port" tab then on configure port. Make sure the port ip address is the same as the copier and make sure the port number is 9100. Keep in mind that the ip address of the copier needs to match the ip address of your network for the first 3 sets of numbers. So if your network ip is 192.168.50.50 the copier would need to have an ip address of 192.168.50.xx
