Have you check the mute setting if you have one as well as the balance, fader and volume controls? This seems obvious but I figure it's worth a shot. Good luck!

Look through the glove box for what looks like a white credit card, the "Code card". The code can be four or five digits depending on automobile and stereo. Many times, dealerships write the code on a piece of tape or label and may place it in one of several areas. On one of the sides of the glove box, on the bottom of the ash tray, in the trunk on the trunk lid, in the trunk on the bottom of the package shelf, or in one of the door jams. Check the owners manual, the code may be written in on the stereo pages, one of the covers or other pages by the previous owner. On rare occasions, the code may be written on the stereo.
However, if this does not help, your local dealership parts or service dept can retrieve the code if they are given the serial number of the stereo. There are two possible ways to find the serial number. One, remove the stereo and locate the serial number from one of the labels on the stereo. Two, with the stereo off, push and hold preset radio button 1 and 6 while turning the stereo on, four digits should appear in the display for several seconds followed by four more digits, this is your stereo serial number.
