pull the crown out 2 clicks.... set the alarm the same as your current time on your watch..... push the crown in 2 clicks..... than pull the crown out 1 click ..... set the alarm at the desired time with the lower button..... than push the crown in 1 click .... the alarm is ON

pull the crown out 2 clicks.... set the alarm the same as your current time on your watch..... push the crown in 2 clicks..... than pull the crown out 1 click ..... set the alarm at the desired time with the lower button..... than push the crown in 1 click .... the alarm is ON

If it's a men's watch it is still worth around $100 - $120 depending of which model, so it's still worth changing the battery my friend.

You can get instructions for your watch by going to the Seiko web site (seiko.com), select "support" and then "instruction booklets".

Scroll down the page and you will see a list of watch types. Select yours and download instructions.

Stop watch will not reset to zero
pull the crown full out reset all hands set time set alarm or second time if you wish and press the crown back.
