If you get on screen display with no picture and no sound, I suspect you have a failed digital board. Go to http://www.samsungparts.com you will need the COMPLETE model number IE: HLR5667W or HLR5667WAX to figure out which board you have and then you can order it from there as well. The board they sell has NO metal shielding around it so when you order the board you pull out your old one once you receive the new one and swap the metal shieding from old to new. ..Please take a few minutes to rate my answer...Thanks

Thanks TV Tech - I went to the site and I am not sure the exact name of the digital board. There is a DMD PCB for $450 and a Digital PCB for $250. The issue is that is no longer manufactured ?? I have the HLR5667wx/xaa any idea what the correct part is?
Also - I read online to reset the lamp by Mute + 1 + 8 + 2 + Power and user reset. When I do this I get the picture back as the TV "resets Factory settings"
the Picture and sound will stay up for a few minutes and then black out. I can repeat several times with the same results. Should I scrap the TV if it is the PCB that is no longer manufactured?
