My Saeco Royal Digital Plus coffee machine keeps telling me "Fill Water Tank". Problem is, it's already full. I humoured the machine and refilled the tank. I get one espresso out of it, then the message comes back. The machine is around 1 year old and certainly hasn't had a hard life.
I got the same problem with my Saeco Royal Digital Plus. In the beginning, it happened once a while. I need to pull out and shake the water tank to make it work. Now, it happens everyday.
To the solution,
1. The magnet is heavier than the water. How can I make it on the top?
2. If the sensor has a problem, I guess there is no way to make it work other than sending it back to repair.I got the same problem with my Saeco Royal Digital Plus. In the beginning, it happened once a while. I need to pull out and shake the water tank to make it work. Now, it happens everyday.

The dispenser is the brew unit in the back of the machine above the drain tray, open door and remove the black unit within and check the screen above the red o-ring.
Hi
Go into the menu.
Scroll with the arrows on the panel until you get to "Direct Water Connection".
Push the menu button, and chose "OFF", then push the menu button again, then esc. button twice and it should go away.
Hi
The problem is probably in the water tank itself. Is your magnet in the water tank? Is it floating or sunk to the bottom? If its not in there, that is your problem. Need to know these things to determine the problem.
Hi
Auto descale: To automatically descale your machine, press the scoop button or menu button if you have one, and hold it down until you enter the menu. Use the arrows on the left to scroll down until you come to Descale. Press enter and the machine will enter the mode to descale your machine. The process takes about 45 minutes. You don’t have to do a thing except mix a full water tank with descaling solution and have a container under the steam wand when your start. To start the descaling process, simply turn the steam knob. When the process is over your machine will say "Descale finished". Remove your water tank and rinse it out. Refill it with fresh water. Replace on the machine and start the descaling process over again to rinse your machine. Go back into your menu and scroll up or down 1 to signal descale and enter. Choose "Yes" and push enter so the machine will tell you when you need to descale again.
It is possible that the water sensor on the back panel of the machine is not operating, you will have to remove the back panel and check the sensor with an ohmsmeter.
