With a piece of wood or plastic hit the flyback with the monitor turned on. If you note some change in the noise. Replace the flyback.
Normally, it is the cause of the noise.

Warning: High Voltage!! Do at your own risk!!!!!!

What is "flyback" on tv monitor

the "flyback" is the VERY high voltage transformer that powers the CRT through a cable that plugs into the CRT inside the monitor case. Don't try unplugging, even with power off, as it has to be discharged to ground to remove risidual voltage, like a capasitor. This voltage is about 35,000 vdc.

What is "flyback" in a tv monitor

A flyback transformer (FBT), also called a line output transformer (LOPT), is a special type of electrical transformer. It was initially designed to generate high voltage sawtooth signals at a relatively high frequency. In modern applications it is used extensively in switched-mode power supplies for both low (3V) and high voltage (over 10 kV) supplies.

this is use only on monitor the old one that used CRT TUBE.

The display shows the magnet

Remove the monitor from power for more than 10 minutes and then put it on again, the automatic degaussing circuit that built in the monitor should resolve your problem but make sure the monitor is away from magnet or powerful speakers.
