Sony FD Triniton Wega KV-36XBR400 service manual has no info for 11 times flash. It has info up to 7 falshes. Please count again. Error codes are in below pictures...
IF--- You have 3 video ics located on CRT broad # TDA6111Q ,if only one of them is shorted set will not come on these ics will kill the high voltage, there for keeping set off.
Sony error codes usually only go up to 7. If the LED blinks 11 times, this usually indicates that either the clock or data line is shorted and this needs to be serviced by someone with experience with Sony sets.
