Sansa e200 won't play a particular song downloaded from AOL

I have no problem playing the songs that were already on the player when we bought it. But then I tried my first download (from AOL), transferred it to the e200 and as soon as it starts to play the mp3 freezes and locks up. I've already had to call tech support and have them walk me through re-formatting the player. Now it's happened again. What to do?

How to recharge the Sansa e200

Songs folder appears empty but when device connected to pc all songs visible

The subscription/license on the songs could have lapsed, or you downloaded tracks that have play rights (will play on your computer) but not transfer rights (transfer rights allow you to play a particular song on an mp3 player). Songs that are in true mp3 format will not give you such problems.

As the question was stated, that is the best answer I can give you for now.

Sync

Yes, unfortunetly that does happen a lot! Sometimes the songs do not get transferred very well. Its usually a glitch sometimes in the programming. I usually try to download the same song again.

My sansa e200

-Plug in your mp3 player

-Go into 'Limewire', select a song and go 'Locate file/Open Containg Folder', you should be in your folder with all your songs. or go 'My Music' and find your music files.

-Either select all your songs, open them with 'Windows Media Player' and transfer them that way.
-Or 'Open My Computer' then open 'Sansa e200' and drag the songs from where your songs are located [My Music] to the 'Music' folder in your Sansa e200 folder.

[MyMusic] Song.mp3 >drag to> [MyComputer/Sansa] Music.
