SOURCE: My Indesit WIDL126 washer/dryer doesn't dry clothes

You have an air flow problem. This usually happens when the exhaust pipe/vent gets clogged. Clean/inspect the vent outlet, the pipe, the inlet, and the filter/lint catcher area.

Improper air flow prevents the moisture from being vented out of the dryer.

Indesit widl126 does not dry

Had the same problem, very hot but wet clothes. This is a condensor drier. The fack that the clothes are hot rules out the heater or its control. If yoy hear the fan running and there is no blockage the fault is caused by the 3 stage water valve. During drying a small amount of water is passed through a condensor chamber, the cold water causes steam the condense backi into water then is pumped out through the drain. If the water valve fails no condensing takes place and the clothes remain wet. The valve is easy to change and costs about 15 pounds.

I have an indesit IS60V tumble dryer and it's no longer drying my clothes even though the dryer tumbles fine. I have checked the filters to ensure they are clean and the vent hose which all appear ok.

Hi,

If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working properly.

if you dryer is gas check out this gas no heat tip....

If you have an electric dryer, you can have many different things that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat.

Thor laundry system won't dry clothes I have a thor no venting washer/dryer combo machine, that has been working fine for years. Suddenly it is not drying clothes and instead, clothes are soaking wet...

I am having the same problem on a WD9900A. The wash cycle works great. Spins fast and clothes are completely rung out. Dryer cycle heats up well. Fluffs and heats cloths. At some point during dry cycle water is injected on clothes and they end up sopping wet; much wetter than after wash. Filter is clear. Outlet pipe clear and functions well. Possible problem with dryer timer? Or washer timing kicking back on?

Amana les60aw gets hot in dryer but clothes wont dry. cleaned out vent, shortend exhaust hose. noticed an orange glow coming from back vents when i turned it back on???

The orange glow is the heating element working. It mush have good air flow or the coil will burn out and stop heating. Also the thermal limit will stop the heat if to great. If you went all through the vent and the tubing is not smashed or flat check the outside vent for air circulation, if good try to dry a load of clothes. Are you sure your washer is spinning out well? Wet clothes take longer to dry.

Ive got a Indesit WIDL102 washer dryer and it will wash but will not dry any longer. It goes through the cycle but the clothes come out wet. Any suggestions???

This problem is normally caused by either the thermostats not working properly or the heating element is the problem.
Both are normally located in the air tube of the dryer down stream of the blower.

Does not heat

"Steam drying will get how but the air that comes later to actually dry is cold so the clothes never dry"

I am assuming "how" means hot in this sentence, if so, I think I can help! There is no "steam drying" phase for your dryer so what is probably happening is; the wet clothes are being heated properly [as a result causing steam] however if this steam does not escape frum the dryer it will simply condense back onto the clothing [leaving them moist/wet].
Check your flexible tube from the dryer and the vent on the outside of your home to make sure they are unobstructed. Hope this helps!

Suggestion: Possible your outlet filter is blocked; this needs periodic cleaning, depending on your usage. Clean this out and re-fit. Refer to your users' manual re. where the filter is....
