It can be very difficult to obtain wiring / circuit diagrams for old units. Provided no -one has "played" with the wiring and mixed them up, all I can suggest is if you are replacing the wiring, do it ONE at a time taking note of where the wire is connected and where it is going to.
Your dryer belt has broken and you have a new belt to install, but you do not know how to route the belt properly. Here are some pictures or diagrams to help you see how the belt needs to go. Of course the belt needs to go around the drum so that is not included.
The important part is the routing around the motor and the tensioner pulley.

First you should make sure the exhaust vent and ducting and lint trap is not clogged or restricted, birds/insect nests, or lint build up. If the dryer is heating up it is most likely an airflow issue.
If it is tumbling. This troubleshooting video will help. Could be the thermal fuse, ignitor,or gas coils. The free video will walk you thru testing. www.appliancehelponline.com/servicemanual.html
This is most often caused by a bad thermal fuse or thermostat high
limit cutout. Check them for continuity (with the machine unplugged,
of course) They should have continuity -- replace them if open. They
should be available at www.appliancepartspros.com Also, if one or both
are bad, check the dryer vent as they often are damaged by high heat
due to a restricted vent pipe. The website above also has diagrams to help find the parts on the machine.
Do you have the part number, is so Put in (Find kitchen aid dryer Part# 111111* ) Or( Find kitchen aid dryer heating element* ). If this is a old dryer some parts are not made anymore. Any Dryer over 7 years old is no longer energy efficient. Hope This Helps.
the diagram that you are looking for is in the console as for the two blue wires they go to the blower fuse that is white and about the size of a small paper clip
