Spray a good quantity of WD-40 on the spindle of the fan motor where it enters the motor itself. This should get the fan working smoothly with no noise. This will probably solve the other problems, as the fan prevents various components from overheating and shutting down.
Samsung american style f/f without water dispenser. Fan started making a lot of noise. Switched the f/f off. On turning back on the freezer works but the fridge does not, although the back light still operates when the door is opened and the LCD shows a temperature of 2 degrees
Sounds like u need to replace fan motor
Check fan motor for continity IF none replace fan motor
