A chip on the DMD board has failed and the chip needs to be replaced. Samsung is covering the cost to repair this problem, just call 1-800-samsung and they will set up a service call with the closest service center to repair the TV at no charge to you.
Don't automatically expect first level CS to handle the free repairs for this issue. As of last year CS was not trained to handle this (massive) problem, or were telling people their model was not covered etc. (ALL DLPs are included with White Dot issues). The best success is asking CS for ECR (Executive Customer Relations), or call them directly at 800-522-7341. ECR handles problems for really unhappy customers.
