The unit has to be cool for the solenoid that powers the lock to open. If the unit is cool, unplug or switch the appliance off at the breaker. Problems after cleaning cycles are an extremely common occurrence. The heat often fries circuitry and causes all sorts of misery for consumers. If the oven does not reset, please look at your error code again. The codes are usually either 2 or 4 digits, not 3. I am not familiar with FO6, probably because the appliance is made for Spain?
