Where/how can I get a owners manual for the Mitsubishi 36" TV (Model# CS-36509)?

This TV is a CRT type and is not an HD because it was manufactured way before the HD signals became available.

the tv reset .soo your going to need the remote that came with the tv to get to the menu.

I think you mean the parental control lock. You can bypass this added feature, or disable it completely by following the instructions in the appendix (page 84) of the owners manual.

Yes first it may just be bad solder on the
flyback transformer , or the Picture in Picture
module has some bad caps . a fair shop
price is about 180-200 and it worth the repair
they are great TVs and are made to last.

ps i have repaired my mitsubishi once , and
its going strong. 18 years old .

THE OLD STUFF IS BETTER THEN THE NEW STUFF.

If the height has dropped down, you need to first find out why. Most likely there is a bad capacitor in the sweep power supply or the vertical output section. Good Luck

All the IC's have a location number printed on the pc board, look for an IC with IC6F01 next to it.
