4-The Vaio Recovery Wizard will launch. Follow the

To enable the Function keys in the Computer, it is required to install VAIO Event Services. In older Computers, the application was called Hotkey Utility and in the newer Models, VAIO Event Services is used to enable the Function keys. You can slove it from the safemode .There are few methods to slove your problem.
