The PIN number you entered has probably been corrupted and it now thinks it has been stolen.
You may have to get hacking information from Gateway to restore operation.

My monitor plug in is missing 3 needles but it worked time two months ago

Some monitor leads do not have all of the pins by design. If this is the case with yours then it could be just a loose connection and may just need reseating to resolve your problem.

As I entered in the webpage just a moment ago: The monitor shows the ACER logo but then goes black. Won't show data from it's regular computer or another. Another monitor works fine on that computer. =...

Here are the service manual:

Use small flat blade screw driver, starting at the bottom edge and work your way around, look for bad caps with leaking/bulging top.
If you are not sure what you are doing and do not have the proper tool to solder and unsolder, please leave it to the pro. There are high voltage inside that can kill you.

Screen flashes "on" and then goes black on start up...

This is usually a bad capacitor problem. They would need to be replaced, or get a new monitor. Some shops will work on them, but you have to weigh the cost vs buying a new monitor for almost the same price.

There are some websites on repairing your own, but you need to know a bit about soldering and such.

24" DOA Soyo Monitor

What size monitor were you using before? If you were using a smaller monitor and everything was fine maybe this new monitor is out of range for the graphics card. I've found that not all graphics cards, especially older ones, will not run a monitor as large as 24 inches. If you can, connect this new 24 inch monitor to a computer with a more powerful graphics card. If it works then you will know that the problem is with your computer. Also connect your old monitor and go into control panel and see what range and resolution your graphics card will support. You may need a more powerful card to run the new monitor.

No Display on my Samsung 204B monitor

If you know how to open it up and get to the power supply you will find three capacitors 2-820uf and 1-330 @ 25vdc 105o.they will have puffed up tops replace them. FYI the monitor has a 3 year warranty.

Won't Turn On

Hi

If the green light doesnt turn on, check if the wall outlet is workign properly.
Also pls check with another moitor power cable.
If the above steps dont work, then the monitor needs to be serviced.
