How to know Transfer Belt fuse is gone

The fuse blows as soon as its put in the machine. Thats how the machine knows to reset its count

After BizHub C450 copier has stopped and said replace Transfer Belt, is there anyway to get back up running until new belt shows up

Remove the transfer belt unit and change the chip fuse on transfer unit.The fuse is or a little green pieces or glass fuses ,the value 0,065mA/250V rapid fuse.After change the fuse pull on the unit and turn ON the copier.Before change the fuse reset the transfer belt counter in the Present parts life mode.

My Konica Minolta bizhub C250 says replace transfer unit. I have looked for this part and can find nothing listed as a Transfer Unit. There are many parts listed but none specifically says Transfer Unit....

I am sending you this link because A) they have all the parts listed including part numbers and pictures. They are also a good source for parts and supplies. You might find one cheaper on the net tho. Also keep in mind that these transfer belt units are resettable by replacing a $5 fuse in the unit. If you have a local independant repair guy, maybe he can research this and reset your existing unit as they will usually go at least 2 cycles. I reset a dozen or more of these units per year for my customers.

Could someone please tell me what size amperage etc is the replacement fuse for the transfer unit on the konica minolta 250

If you examine the fuse closely, the amp and voltage rating is stamped on the end caps of the fuse.

Transfer Cleaner Unit New
Article Release

Description:
A new installation is not detected when a new
Transfer Cleaner Unit (Image Transfer Belt Unit) is
installed.

for the solution, SM says you should try refitting Transfer Cleaner Unit(misplacing could occur) or change the PWB-M board.

How do you reset the life of the transfer unit on the Bizhub C250

Yes,

Remove Trasfert belt unit.

On the left handled remove one screw ( spring fixer) and remove right srew (over the belt / bar whit finger fixee).

Remove, on the left spring stoppage and metal handled.

Remove black little srew and take to hand fuse contact.

Change fuse (behind) with new identical fuse and reassembly.

It may be reset trasfert belt counter.

Sorry for my not good english.

Hope this helps. Make sure you remove the waste tank prior to taking out the transfer belt. Belt is removed by two screws inside right door and sliding the unit out.

fuse is on the front left side (behind a plastic plate), change for 63mA and it will reset. Is for Konica Minolta Bizhub Fuser and Transfer belt reset fuse's for C200 C203 C253 C353 C250 C252 C300 C352 C350 C351 C450 C451 C550 C650 C452 C552 C652 will save $ 250,=
