Replace battery on my dyna super glide but it won't even act like it is going to start. Everything lights up horn honks but nothing when I hit the starter. Doe it have something to do with the security system that has to be reset or what.

You missed an electrical connection or severed an electrical connection. Go back and investigate where you touched the bike and you might find that dangling electrical ground or connection. Good luck!

Harley horns fail. Replace the horn. If this fault has happened at the same time as engine wont crank then problem with wiring. If not then check starter relay (grey one). Also check ignition switch. Are the head lights coming on when turned on? If so the ignition switch is o/k. Connect a voltmeter to horn to check horn circuit. Accessory fuse 15 Amp supplies horn circuit and brake light and turn signal circuits so if these are working fuse o/k. Ignition/start circuit requires system relay and ECM fuse to be o/k. If fuel pump operates when run switch is activated then system relay o/k. Check start relay and circuit to start button.

Sound like a wire loose. could be the earth cable to the engine, or the main power cable from the battery to the fuse box/ignition switch/starter.

Check the battery. Load test it. It sounds at first blush without more testing that your battery is dead/shot. However a bad ground or other bad cable, end, connection either loose or defective or corroded tec could be the problem also.

fuel is not reaching to the engine,,

This may be to easy ,, but check and make sure the kill switch isn't on.

The battery might just be done or warn out, if you get lights when you turn the key on, and can honk the horn and everything, then it should click, if you are able to honk the horn and lights etc. and they aren't real weak, when you hit the starter it should tick, if your lights are bright and horn is loud and brake light responds quickly, then I'd ask a Harley dealer about it.
