The touch screen on our Konica Minolta C351 BizHub copier is dead. We only use it for copying; it is not connected to the network; we would rather not turn off the main power as it would delete all user accounts and counters (we have over 300 students using this machine). The only light on the panel is the one next to the panel power switch; pressing the switch has no effect.

Go access button left of the control panel screen select then select control panel adjust see if the fixes your problem if not need a new control screen/control panel.
CDCXX-trouble related to security.Try to reset: Turn OFF the copier.Press and keep pressed the Utility key and turn ON the copier.Keep pressed the utility key and wait to Trouble reset message appaire on the display.(1-2 minutes.).Release the utility key and touch the message.Turn OFF the copier,wait 1 minutes and turn ON.If the error code displayed call the technical rep. from Konica Minolta.
