If the chain is too long than shorten it by using a chain breaker. Or you don't have a chain breaker take the scooter to a bike or more preferable a electric scooter shop and have them do it. The problem could also be your chain tensioner check to see if it's tightening the chain.
You said, "Camera fell into pool; was retrieved in 3..." But you failed to specify if 3 is seconds or minutes or hours. If 3 is seconds, i.e. you retrieved the camera in 3 seconds, then you should be in luck. The first thing you should have done is pull out the battery/batteries. This is to ensure that there will be no leakages of electric current across the electronic components. This is what actually will destroy the camera. Once the batteries are out, the camera needs to be dried. But to be sure that the camera dries well it needs to be opened up. This is the only way you can be sure that there isn’t still some water lurking in a tiny space/corner somewhere inside the camera. What this means is you need to take it a proper technician. Your dealer should be able to provide one. However if 3 is in minutes then you may not be in much luck but you should still take it for repair for a proper assessment.
im so sorry for this inconvienience, f you didnt automatically remove the battery after dropping it in the pool then you are almost surely out of luck. leaving the battery out is key, after that take it to an electronics repair store and have them to dry it out and spray electrical parts cleaner on it! this helps it evaporate water and prevent oxidation (which is conductive) after they have finished your phone could work for the next two years!
If it falls over and wont start it just gets flooded.
Simply remove the spark plug (inspection panel is behind your feet) and leave it sit for a half hour or so. Use the kickstart every now and then (with the scooter turned off). The excess fuel will eveporate and when the sparkplug is replaced it will start up but it will be smokey for a few minutes. Just leave it sit idling for a while to clear out.
It's probably one of the support rubbers that holds the shaver in place, and keeps it from falling too low into the cleaner. It's probably broken, but maybe you could put it back in place. There are two of those rubbers in the cleaner on the side where the trimmer is faced. If they both are broken, the shaver will fall too low, and the electric contacts on the top will also not fit - no charging as a result. My Braun service rep. said that the whole cleaning unit will have to be replaced to fix this. My plan, however, is to try with some small screws before I throw the whole thing in the "broken parts basket"....
