My samsung gravity screen is white, when its on you can only dial a phone number and call but the screen is still white no matter what. ive turned the phone off took out the battery, but it still doesnt work?????

i have a problem with my samsung w259 white screen, i can recieve the call and out going calls.

When you turn on the phone you fried the screen so give the tested before you replace the screen.

1. Power on your Samsung Gravity and type *#06#
2. The first 15 digits that get output is your IMEI number.
3. Give this IMEI number to T-Mobile support for your unlock code.and get your unlock code.
4. after getting your unlock code Turn on your Samsung Gravity without the SIM card inside.
5. Now type in #7465625*638*UNLOCK_CODE#
6. Where UNLOCK_CODE represents your 8 digit unlock code. (Warning: Entering more then 3 incorrect unlock codes, may permanently lock your phone!)
7. If everything worked, your phone will say “Network Lock Deactivated”

get it to service center as soon as you can
