Call T-Mobile at 877-453-1304 and request the unlock code for your CLIQ from a customer service representative.

2 Slide your CLIQ's battery cover away from the camera lens and off of the phone, and then lift the battery out of the battery compartment and set it aside.

3 Slide the T-Mobile SIM card out from under the metal band holding it in place, and then place a SIM card from another carrier in its slot.

4 Replace your CLIQ's battery, and then hold down the "Power" button on the right side of the phone to turn it on. Your CLIQ will prompt you to enter a special code.

Did you buy it used? If so, you can go into settings, & there will be a edit my number, & this is to only show, It wouldnt change your number

Pull the back cover of your phone off. Remove the battery. Under the battery, there is set of bar codes. In between the barcodes, there is a "MSN:" number. That is the serial number.

Did you drop it recently? Try calling the Motorola manufacture number & ask them about it if you can't resolve the issue.
