To install your wireless adapter, plug in the wireless card, and put your cd driver into the laptop. Once the adapter is plugged in, your laptop should recognize a new hardware has been installed, and will ask you for a driver (whether to automatically search for it or you can install it yourself. Pick the option of you installing yourself, and put the cd driver in. Then just go through the wizard to install your wireless card. You should be good to go from there!
