What is your question?
If you are asking about a mouse, any should work.
The wireless mice typically do not use the same type of wireless that you would be using for internet, so there's no issue of interference.

Want to use wireless mouse with my laptop how can I do this. I have a window vista laptop

Just buy a USB wireless mouse. There is a transceiver that plugs into the USB port of the computer, the size of a thumb drive, and it sends and receives signals to the wireless mouse. In my opinion, a wireless, optical mouse is the best. Normally the footprint (size) of the mouse is smaller than a desktop one as well if you choose. With Vista, just plug it in the USB port and windows should install the drivers without any disks. But if it doesn't just insert the disk that comes with the mouse. You only need a driver for it. A driver is a set of instructions that tell the device what to do. Every piece of hardware in your computer has a specific driver.
I hope this helps and good luck.

Lenovo n500 laptop ... mouse pad not working

The mouse pad maybe faulty or the ribbon cable from the mouse pad to the motherboard may not be properly connected. Reseat this cable.
You can connect an USB optical mouse to the laptop. I prefer you use a USB mouse all the time over the mouse pad.
