Carol... in a room lit by light coming in the windows during the day it should not be be a problem - no flash should be necessary. The scene may not be as evely lit but you'll definitely see the room.

In a dark closet or room, you'll need a flash or something. The problem with flash and 400 film, it - believe it or not - may be TOO bright - depending on the scene.

Does that help? if not ask me something else.

I cannot play the game smoothly. and i dont have graphic card i want to play the game without graphic card help me please................

Unfortunately, if you have no graphics card, there really is no way to get it to play smoothly. That game is not too demanding for a gaming PC, but for a PC without really a graphics card....well it's just way out of your league.

It's like this: You have a mathematician and a 3rd grader, and you give them each the same multiplication problem.
The mathematician will do the problem quick and right away, problem without thinking.
The 3rd grader, however, will lag quite a bit behind and be slower at it.

Now, think of your PC as the 3rd grader, and your game as the math problem. Your computer's just too slow.

Some things that I guess you could try is turning down the graphics settings to low/minimal, and changing the DirectX level to 8 or 7. But really, your PC just can't run it.

Is there a cost effective way to run class sets of TI-84's? It has become increasingly expensive each year to keep our calculators running with regular batteries.

There is a way, and that is to use rechargeable batteries. Panasonic boast that their eneloop brand can hold 80% of the charge for a full year (if not used) Also, do not allow students to transfer 3rd party programs that they can play with in class. The 3rd party programs may be ill-designed and may (intentionally) bypass the native power saving feature of the calculator.

Another suggestions that will win me no fiends is to either charge the students a default yearely fee or to ask them to bring their own batteries. This will reduce the attrition of stolen batteries.
