Did you actually try out the software before giving me a bad rating?
My model MP620 isn't listed and I can't sync my video files into and when I try to do it manually the mp3 just says it's an unknown format.

I had the same problem. I kept downloading the newer verions of Coby media manager. I found this blogspot website that has media manager for the MP-620 player. Just go to this link and download it. Completely safe.

Okay everyone , by chance I had a mp3 player with video capabilities. It was made by Hipstreet and when searching for a solution to the same problem that most are having with model number from Coby I have learned that an .mtv file is almost exactly the same as a .amv file.
