Cant access my account

Hi...i cant acess my account in computer or mobile,...after logging through my mobile...though i know my login ID and password i cant access my account...am being asked for Reviewing question...please help me to login... even if i try to answer the question i cant view the photos to answer...and not able to recall all photos...please help me...


the problem am facing is as follows......

I have a facebook account that i started a lng time ago with an email address that is no longer active and cant remember,are there personal questions that i can answer to acess it

I can't log in facebook or see my friend
Hi,
As You Say you cant able to log in to your Facebook Account...
do it.
Option 1>>
1> click on Forget Password
2> enter your mail id (facebook login id)
3> submit it.
4> go to / open / log in to your mail id & check the mail which is sent by facebook for password reset.
5> click on that link
6> enter a new password.
7> now try login to facebook with new password.

Option2 >>
Try other browser like if you use Google Chrome then try with Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer or Safari or Opera.

if you successful login with other browser then you use. then update or reinstall your old browser.

I know my emai and password but cannot access mail
I take it your password isn't working. You need to change it to a new one. On the sign on page,
1. Enter your username.
2. Instead of entering your password, click on "Need help?"
3. The next page will help you get a temporary password, and then you can change your password to a new, permanent one.

I cant log on. I am always logged on via my phone but tonight when i went to check my yahoo mail it said something about not the correct password. Then I went online and tried to log on and kept being told...
this usually happens if you are still logged in into your mobile phone without logging out, you access the same account using a computer this time.

the way to avoid this next time is to log out first when you're logging into your computer from the mobile phone and vice versa.

or much worse you have clicked another url pretending to be yahoo mail login and provided your password into it, yahoo will automatically deny access protecting your account.

before you login

I am unable to log in to my mail id though ID and password are correct
Login credentials are case sensitive. Make sure that your keyboard is not in caps. Make sure also that you are the only person that knows the user name and password.

Go to Yahoo login page, then click on "I can't access my account". Answer the questions, provide an alternate e-mail address, and the password will be e-mailed to you. Then you will know if the password changes or not.

Yes , you have to create an account. But as you say you already created an account, Please check your ID and Password if it is correct and log in again. And you can access your mail that mean you will access messenger. Please use the ID and Password you used in creating the account to log in.
