Kettler Advantage Giro P Upright Exercise Bike. Not used for a year and dashboard is now totally dead.
Get a Multimeter and check that you have output voltage from the power adapter.

Also make and reconnect the connections that are under the control panel. I wondered if the control had a back up battery, but there is no mention.
