The LCD not light fine ,ave a smoll under light...I dont know how the LCD ave failure. ....what i'm doing?

Normal bulb should cost about 5-10$. You can replace it yourself in under 5 minutes.

There is a kill switch to protect against power surges. Located under the bottom edge nest to where the cable goes in the body, all you have to do is press it back in and voila; LET THERE BE LIGHT and probably save yourself a min $200 trip to the repair shop. Lights dont usually cause codes

The inverter could be faulty. The inverter supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp that provides the back light. The inverter is located at the bottom of the LCD screen between the hinges.

Look at the LCD screen very closely and check if you can see a faint image on the screen. It's possible that the LCD lid close switch stuck in the "closed" position and the back-light stays off even when you open the LCD screen or turn on the laptop. The switch turns off the back-light when you close the LCD display to save the laptop battery power.

If that didn't fix it then there are 3 things that could have gone wrong:

1. Video cable connection from inverter to LCD got loose. To check this, follow instructions from step 3 on how to open the LCD and check if cable is fitted properly.

2. The video inverter is faulty
The screen inverter failure is very similar to the back-light lamp failure. In both cases the screen gets very dark and the image on the screen becomes very faint, barely visible under a bright light. If it's still under warranty, take it for a replacement. You can replace this otherwise - you can find the inverter under the screen, follow the procedure described at point 3 to open up the screen.

3. The LCD monitor is faulty
If it works on an external monitor most likely the LCD is faulty and needs replacement. If it's still under warranty, take it for a replacement. If not, you can do it yourself, it's pretty easy. Remove the rubber covers on the side of the screen, unscrew the screws take the plastic cover off, disconnect the video inverter and put in the new LCD after you connect the video inverter to it.

You may have damaged the starter when the engine kicked back.

The ignition module may have been defective.....but change the crank pickup too.........more likely it is the cause of the problems.

Change the crank pickup at every tune up..........it has a high failure rate.

If your engine has 250km or 150K miles you may need a chain soon.

this same thing happened to me, it usually means that you just ave to turn it offf un plug all wires and plug them in, some times this means your system has had a failure and needs to be sent away to microsoft to be fixed, you will know this if your system is not working to perfect standard.

ck the lamp housing for corosion inside and wire condition outside, then use a test light to ck for 12vdc, and continous ground. if ok suspect headlamp switch...etc

That usually indicates power failure some where on the circuite board. If you heard a ' POP" a capacitor probably blew out.

If you knew enough to repair it your self, then you wouldnt be asking and if you dont, then you should take it in for repair by a shop, unless its a cheap t.v., in which case, buy a new one.

You would need to locate what poped and try to obtain a replacement part, then soder it onto the board after removing the bad part.

If you dont know what your doing you could shock or kill yourself, start a fire or damage the T.V. further.

The cost for repair may be as much as buying a new HDTV so be sure you know what its going to cost before dishing out cash to a repair shop.
