If you have a amp probe you can make a test cord by splitting a standard household extension cord. you will want to make sure not to expose any wire in this process then put the probe around one of the wires for testing the one that is attached to the small tab on the cord or the one that gives you a reading.
to answer your question the maximum power usage would be 150 watts with the setup you described. I would guess this would be less depending on the brightness setting of your tv you use ie. super bright more power less bright less power.
on another note if you are concerned with power usage. there are whole house wattmeters available that clamp on the outside of your homes meter outside. it reads the wheel or digital signal the one I bought is wireless and the reciever is programable with your utilities rate to let you know how much money per hour your spending and even has a running total and peak usage stats date time and temp. outside.
