I HAVE A NAVMAN PIN 570 WHICH ONLY COMES ON WHEN CONNECTED TO A POWER SUPPLY AND SWITCHES OFF WHEN DISCONNECTED. ALSO THE FUNTIONS KEYS AT THE FRONT DO NOT WORK - CAN YOU ASSIST WITH THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU

Hello Clariss.- I think that your problem is Battery, I had same problem and I changed it. About the front keys, In start -> setting -> buttons, you can solve this problem. Greetings Jaime

tap on "GPS Status" (second page of GPS software) and be sure that the box is checked in the upper left hand corner. In the same screen, be sure com 8 and 9600 (baud rate) is shown.
On the main menu (Start-- Win Logo) go to settings. Then go to system at the bottom of the screen. Tap on Power. At the very bottom of the screen in small print go to "Adjust Backlight settings to conserve power". Click on "backlight" in blue print.
