Use vinegar as water and soak over night. Use the same vinegar as water the next day as if brewing coffee. Then use fresh vinegar as if brewing coffee. Next use water several times until you don't smell the vinegar. Now try brewing a pot of coffee. good luck.

Coffee comes out fine, wont deliver milk or hot water from spout

Sounds like milk steam apparatus is clogged. Try to disassemble this portion and clean thoroughly. Descaling will not help this section.

Whirlpool washing machine does not rinse just a buzzing noise

The buzzing is the water valve, the timer is sending power to the valve but no water is coming out. I would set to wash and as it is filling up change the water to cold then to hot while it's filling. I bet either cold or hot will buzz (usually hot). Once you determine which (clod or hot) shut that supply off, take that water line off the washer, put the end in the washer and turn the supply back on. If water comes out then look inside the valve where the hose connects, it could be clogged. If you have water going to the valve and you don't see a clog then the problem is inside the valve...replace valve.

When I try to wSh my clothes with COLD wTer, not hot, it makes that loud screaching noise

there is a screen filter in the water hoses it might be partially clogged. does the hot water come into machine at a faster rate than cold. you could swap water lines around and run cold water again which will be hot water and see if it still does it. then it is a clogged screen

Model - WF206BNWIAA Filter on washer was clogged and water was not coming in. I cleaned the filter, took off the water regulator(?), the first part that the hose comes into and then tried turning the...

The water inlet valve may be what's making the noise. It's where the water supply connects to the washer. It has a solenoid which opens the valve for water to come in. It makes a noise when it's open letting water in. There is also a mesh screen filter in each hose where it connects. You have a hot and a cold valve which open together for warm. Do you get water when you select warm or cold.

Machine runs but doesn't allow water to come into machine

Don't know the history of your machine, sounds like possibly the hot water supply valve under your sink is turned off. To check this go under your kitchen sink and inspect water supply valves, (right side cold water) left side hot water valve feeds the machine. Vertical water line is for sink above, there should be a second water line coming off this valve that has its own on/off knob. Make sure this knob is turned on, (counterclockwise)if not sure turn it to the right (clockwise)till stops, then to the left till it stops. This allows hot water to enter dish machine. If valve is on and line is ok, there might be a kink in the line behind the dish machine or a restriction (clog) in the water line. May need to unplug machine and unsecure it to pull it out for inspection. Good luck, best regards.

High pitched noise

This is a water pump about to blow, or a clogged filter or hose. The fact that you hear it immediately, and limited water level is involved, it's pretty much your bingo.
After turning off the water supply, unscrew the garden hose-like attachments for hot and cold water intake. There is sometimes a small filter right there where the water enters. If they're clogged, clean em.
Take the hoses and run them through an outside plug to make sure they aren't clogged with back flowed dirt from the filter and hard water.
If it still won't fill, you'll need to test the pump.
each machine is different, but if you follow the hoses from where your hoses enter the machine, you should be able to unscrew them at the other end.
Stick them in a deep bucket then turn on the machine and see what the pump does. Is the noise coming from it? (service or replace). Does water gush out of the pump into the bucket? (clean all hoses and filters, buy some machine grease and lube all the moving parts, including opening the water pump and giving it a generous amount of grease.
Put it all back and your squeal will one way or another be gone and you'll have plenty of water

No steam or hot water

Check to make sure pressure is coming out of the wand, if not, there is definately dried up clog inside the tube somewhere or possibility that the hose is loose on motor.

GE Washing Machine

Sounds like you have a bad fill valve on the cold water side. If your hoses are not clogged, then remove the hose and check the cold water inlet going into the machine for clogs. There is a screen that can trap mineral deposits and/or rust. If you have well water or hard water, they can become clogged easily. Sometimes you can clean them out and they will work just fine. Most of the time, however, you will need to replace the fill valve. Make sure you unplug the machine and turn the water off. The valves are electronically controlled. I hope this helps.
