Was this working fine before? Can the printer still make copies using the buttons on it? Are you getting any particular error when printing? What is the operating system of your computer? Did you have some recent updates in your computer that might have accidentally disrupted the printer communications?

Have you tried disabling the anti-virus, will it print? If not, uninstall the Lexmark software properly by clicking on the Windows logo Start menu > All Programs > Lexmark Series folder > Tools > Uninstall. Then, restart pc. I suggest you install the updated driver available for download in the Lexmark website (I assume you have the Lexmark X7170 and your computer's running on Windows XP). Just click on this link: http://bit.ly/dxFJ36. Download the software. When installing, just to make sure, disable any firewall and your anti-virus temporarily. For the fax and the scan software, you can use the installation cd to install them back. Leave a comment if you need more assistance. Thanks.

Trying to locate a free Necchi535FA user manual for mother. she doesnt have computer and wont put her credit card on line. ugh.. please help.

Free for a Necchi? Well, that won't really happen. I've done a pretty thorough search using my usual resources and found nothing.

BUT-there IS a place you can actually MAIL ORDER a PAPER COPY! Yes, really. Obviously, you have access to a computer somehow to post this. Go to http://www.sewusa.com/Sewing_Machine_Manuals/Necchi_Manuals/523-FA_Instruction_Manual.htm. On the page, you can click on the Mail Order option in Line 2. Then just print out the order form and send it all in.

I'm afraid that's the best option I can give you, and probably the best anyone else can. There simply isn't anywhere to get a free copy you could even download and print out for here of a Necchi. But at least this way her credit card info isn't on line at all.

When asked to print message arrives; Printer has been paused. Do you want to resume printing? I clink on "resume" and nothing happens. Have check troubleshooting guide to unpause printer, but nothing...

I don't have a permanent fix for this because I'm here looking for the same resolution. However, I have found that if you unplug your printer give it a bit and then plug it in, you can then "search" for printers and print stuff.... only for a bit though.
