We replaced the drum but the message to replace the drum never went away, and now it won't print. Any suggestions?

replace the drum unit with a new one, you need to reset the drum unit
counter by completing the following steps:

(if you did the reset, you may need to talk to Brother Support. I'm assuming you used a Brother drum and only handled it by the handles.)

Yup reset counter, must open front door and press set button then arrow to replace drum and yes, press set/ok.

Read your manual. There is a counter that goes off, that can be reset when you change the drum.
With power on and front cover open press set, then select reset drum
