1.Go to Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Devices and Printers 2.Click Device Manager, 3.Select 'Sound Max Integrated Digital Audio' and right Click and and then indentUpdate Driver Software and choose 'Search Driver Software Automatically, under 'Sound, Video Game Controller'

in laptops its not the model which usually written on top, look at the bottom of your laptop the model and the part number is written their google the part number...
