Pairing Problem with Cell Phone and Bluetooth earpiece
I have a Nokia 6555 cell phone and a Motorola H350 Bluetooth. I cannot get them paired together. How can I pair them or do I have to get another Bluetooth device?
Exactly the same problem as described in the post. Nokia 6555 phone and Motorola earliece -- can't pair up.Exactly the same problem as described in the post. Nokia 6555 phone and Motorola earliece -- can't pair up.
I recognize Nokia 6555 was made ONLY for AT&T, but what earpiece will work? Not all do. Motorola does not, though it works well on other phones. Many thanks.

Sometimes pairing is hard but your phone especially Bluetooth device to your phone cell phone to not recognize your Bluetooth device may not pay very well with some phones I recommend a universal Bluetooth earpiece has high capacity to go with any model carry your phone1 only get you one or two
Hi,
Turn your
H350 on by pressing and holding the black "Talk" button on the side
of your headset. Hold it until the blue status starts to flash. To turn the
H350 off, simply hold the talk button until the headset turns off. Pair your
headset with your cell phone by entering into your cell phone's bluetooth
menu--Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth Link > Setup (see
Resources below). Put your
Motorola H350 into pairing mode by holding the "Talk" with the device
turned off. Hold the button until the status light on the side of your headset
begins to flash, and turns back into a solid blue. Back in
your phone's bluetooth menu, choose the option to "Search/Discover"
bluetooth devices. And when your phone recognizes your H350, select the headset
and enter "0000" as the passcode.
I hope it's the PassKey, Enter number you like and press ok, but when pairing with other device, you have to enter the same code to the other device. Good luck
Thanks for using FixYa.
have you gone through the pairing process? Also make sure your old phone is turned off when you pair the new one. If you need pairing instructions, a video on H710 headset might help you - it should be pretty similar. The video is on www.HandBookLive.com under Electronics category (Motorola Bluetooth headset H710).
Try video instructions on connecting Bluetooth headset to Nokia phones on www.HandBookLive.com under Electronics category (Motorola H710 headset). It should be pretty much the same for all headsets. Watch chapter on Pairing phone to headset (Nokia example) It shows you the steps and what the phone screen will look like on your phone as you go through the steps (activating Bluetooth option on the phone, then searching for devices (headset) and finally pairing the headset with your phone.
Power on the BTheadset and press the middle button for few second , the led stops blinking ...now the BT is in pairing mode.
You now search the BTheadset on the phone.
pairing password is 0000.
you hold the button with the boom closed and as soon as the light stops blinking you realease the button and open the boom, the light should remain on and steady. promt your cell phone to find it and the code is 0000
there is nothing you can do about the delay as it's the time it takes for the bluetooth to send the signal to your earpiece to tell it the call is answered, the only way to stop any delay is to set your phone to auto answer in the bluetooth headphone settings or in the call settings.
Hi,
follow the steps to get your product paired.
Step A - PUT HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE
Note: To turn off headset
With the headset power off, press and hold
the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the
blue indicator light turns on and remains
steadily lit. (The light will flash while you
hold the Call button.)
If the indicator light is flashing or does not
remain steadily lit, turn off the headset and
repeat step above.
Step B - SET THE PHONE TO LOOK FOR
YOUR HEADSET
Select (Menu) > Settings > Connection >
Bluetooth Link > Handsfree > Look for Devices.
The phone lists all Bluetooth devices it finds.
Select Motorola H350.
Press OK or Yes to pair (link) the handsfree
device.
Enter the passkey 0000 and press OK.
Note: Passkey cannot be changed
from 0000.
When your headset is successfully paired with
your phone, the blue indicator light changes
from steadily lit to flashing.
