When under vacuum down machine started pulling oil front injection bottle

it gets injected on low side [suction side ] high side your just pressurizing oil container

the 2 stroke oil goes in the bottle at the front but i would check its bled at the oil pump and working by checking it is pulsing from the oil injection pipe before playing on it.otherwise premix it in the fueltank to be on the safe side.

make sure vacuum port for PCV is pulling vacuum. They tend to get clogged with carbon when oil changes are over due , oil level is low

E019-0000 ? Waste toner bottle full for 2000 copies. Empty or replace waste toner bottle.

This is aimed at the office worker who is handy with a screwdriver.

Open toner cover. To the right of the toner bottle is a screw. Remove this screw fully. The next screw is tricky to describe. It's on the outside of the copier, under a rubber disk. To the left of the toner bottle. If you have both screws removed you should now be able to pull the toner cover to the left and pull towards you. The whole front cover should come away. The waste toner bottle is the big thing in-front of you, full of black powder.

Best to wear a P2 dust mask. Toner is not toxic. Otherwise you would not be able to touch a copied document. Toner is about seven microns across and can cause respiratory distress, or an asthma attack.

Do not use a vacuum cleaner to **** up toner. Most vacuum cleaners do not have sufficient filters to remove toner. All you will do is spread it around the office for others to inhale. This type of toner can also damage your vacuum cleaner.

To replace the front cover. Put the pegs on the right of the cover into the frame. On the bottom left of the cover is a wide hook. This needs to locate into the metal frame. The white peg with the hole is where the screw goes in.

Most fryers have a valve right inside the front door that you can place a bottle under and drain the oil right into it...
If not then get a small diameter plastic hose from a hardware store and siphon the oil out...**** the oil up the hose till it is over the side of the fryer, then hold the vacuum and drop the hose over the side and lower then the oil level and the oil will start to siphon out...

I think you'v try to inject the oil from ''WRONG'' side,as you say RECOVER/VACUUM which is LOW side manifold valve. You should inject the oil from HIGH side ( Turn the high side valve to CHARGE/OIL INJECT after vacuuming & low side vulv to CLOSE possition ) with pressing F1 key. once you press it then hold the key as long as you wish to inject the oil. If you try this way & you still have problem with oil injection then you may need to check oil injection CHECK VALVE or oil injection SOLENOID ( Both located under Hidg side panel mountin valve). NOTE: UV Dye is not a problem for oil injection! I hope this will help you to solve the problem,Good luck. Don't forge to vote for my solution!

open the front door and in the left down part you will see a bottle with oil, pull the bottle toward you and it will open as a door towards the left side, empty the bottle good and return it in the machine while the machine is on do not turn the machine off.

It's seems to be problem with your unit relay board,vacuum pump or pressure transducer.Most of Robin air 34788 machine having same problem.You can try as follows 1# Open vacuum pump oil filling cap to release extra pressure from pump.2# Replace new relay board & follow the on screen message(do not skip any option).3# Check pressure transducer is working properly.I hope this will help you.

Put in a bottle or two injection cleaner 80% of all problems with fuel injection no one uses this enough it does work wonders,only tkes aspeck of dirt to cause problems
