TO CONNECT NET WITH SAMSUNG MOBILE C3200you must have- 1.gprs setting 2.activate gprs first of you have to contact your service provider and ask them to activate gprs on your sim card.gprs activation may take some time. after gprs activation now call customer care and ask them for gprs settings. they will send you setting as sms. when you open sms it will ask you to save and set as default setting press yes. now you are done open your phone browser and enjoy surfing.
there are certain senarios in which u r not able to receive the ota settings for gprs
1. if u have removed the sim from the mobile within 24 hours
2. if ur mobile does not support the ota setting from aircel
3. if there is some problem with the software of the mobile
conclusion - call the gprs dept. of aircel and ask them for the mannual setting. after that u will surely be able to use the gprs on ur mobile.

its too easy to get that put ur sim card in one samsung mobile and call customer care and u get that setting in inbox before open that switch off and take that sim and put ur china mobile now u can enjoy with gprs
cantact your network provider and ask for a sim update and a gprs install message this may solve the prob.
also check the message centre number is in the phone correctly, goto message settings and message centre number, insert the correct one from below save it and then you should be able to send messages.
