How do i remove crown?

possibly you will need to clean around the threaded part of the case (pipe), when screwing the crown down push against the case and rotate gently back and forth until the crown catches the thread.

There is usually a way to remove the crown and stem together so that the movement can be removed from the casing.
Have a good look over the movement and see if there are any identifying marks and let me know what you find. Alternatively, post a photo of the movement.

In order to replace the crystal on your watch you are going to have to remove the entire movement and use a watch press to remove the crystal.
this is not an easy job and should be done by a professional
First you will need to get a watch back opener to unscrew the back of your Tag. The three slots should fit into the back of the watch. tighten the opener until it is firmly on. then turn counter close wise until back of case comes off.
Next you will need to remove the watch hand and crown. Becareful doing this for pressing to hard will break your set leveler. You will need a thin pin pusher and look on the back of the movement for an arrow pointing toward a hole in the movement. Push down and at the same time pull the stem and crown out of movement. turn the watch right side up and the watch movement should fall out. Place movement on a very safe spot so not to damage movement or dial
now you will you be ready to remove crystal Since it is a friction crystal you will need to do use a watch case press . find two die that fit exactly the watch and crystal use a scooped side and place it on the bottom side of the watch press. Next use a flat die to place on top of the case press. place the watch face down. you will be pushing the watch crystal out from the top. Press down on the level and check to see if the crystal came loose, keep doing so till the crystal comes out.
finally you will need to measure the thickness and diameter of the crystal and find the exact size. I believe this watch has a sapphire crystal so you will need a sapphire crystal too.
Once you buy the proper crystal it is time to put the it in the watch. Place the watch face up in your watch press. and slip the crystal in through the top making sure its perfectly even all around. Slowly push down on the leveler until proper pressure is applied and the crystal snaps in.
Now you have new crystal . Clean crystal thoroughly and the inside of the case. Place watch upside down carefully place movement back in. slide spacer in . Now slide watch stem and crown back in push down again on the set leveler with pin pusher.
Place case cover on back and tighten properly to prevent water or moisture from entering and you are done.
This repair should be done by a professional especially on such a nice watch. Any watchmaker can do this job and will have the tools to do it properly

The repair for this problem may be quick and inexpensive--or somewhat more expensive. Either way, it's considered a minor repair.
The crown and stem assembly in held in a Rolex movement by a small pressure screw. When this screw is loosened, the stem can be cleanly pulled out of the movement without damaging any parts. The movement can then be removed from its case. If the screw is too loose, it is sometimes possible to pull the crown and stem out with ordinary effort. The simple fix for this would be to have a watchmaker take the back off your Rolex (requires a special wrench) and slide the stem back into the watch while loosening and re-tightening the screw. If that's it, the repair takes about 5 minutes, most of which is spent removing and replacing the watch back.
Things can get more complicated. The set stem interacts with a thin sheet metal spring / detent that helps the stem "snap" to its various set and wind positions. Sometimes, when a stem gets pulled out, the force of that can snap the delicate little finger in this watch part. Replacing this watch part will require that the movement be removed from the case and the hands and dial be removed for access to the part. Once you get to it, the part itself can easily be replaced--it's designed to be replaced without disassembling the whole watch movement--but there's considerably more effort involved than just sliding the stem back in and tightening down the screw.

To remove the stem you must first loosen the set lever screw, then you can pull the stem out.
You only need to turn the set lever screw a couple turns to release the stem. Some movements use a button instead and in that case you would simply push the button down lightly with a pointed tool and while holding the button down pull the stem out.
For watches with one-piece cases where the movement comes out the dial side and the case has no removable back, you will not be able to get at the set lever screw. For this type of watch you must grasp the crown firmly and pull it out, or use plastic or soft brass tweezers to get behind the crown and pop it off. These watches have two-piece stems that have male and female ends that snap together. Then remove the bezel and let the movement come out into your hands. Then remove the hands and the dial and put the movement face down into a movement holder.

Typically you need to remove the caseback. Then remove the crown and stem. Then you can remove the movement from the case to replace the hand.

Ensure crown is in neutral position i.e. pressed home (not in set hands posn.) Remove back and adjacent to the winding stem on the movement there should be a small button (may be indicated with an arrow) depress this gently whilst withdrawing the crown and stem from the watch. Ensure you don't engage to set hands position in the process. You might also find a couple of screws securing the movement into the case. P.S. Usually don't need to remove from case to replace battery.

There is a tiny point (end of small metal piece called setting lever) on the left side of the stem (on watch movement, very close where the stem is entering the movement).
You have to push that point down with a metal pin or tweezers. Crown (winder) must be pushed in to normal position otherwise you will not be able to put the stem back properly.
So, do as follows:
1) Push the crown in,
2) Lay the watch down on flat surface and push on setting lever point,
3) While holding setting lever pushed in- extract the setting lever by gently pulling crown out of watch.

Hi, on the back of the movement there should either be a screw or a dimple in line or next to the line of the stem. If a dimple, press in with a pin or similar sturdy tool and gently withdraw the stem. If a screw, only one turn should be enough to release the stem
