Sound interuptions with Samsung S4253

My set started having sound issues recently. Every now and then, randomly, I get a split second, static sound. It sounds like an old record player when it skips. It happens on all channels HD and digital. Also happens when I'm watching a DVD. This leads me to think that it's not my cable box (Dish Network). I have a Bose 321 aux amp plugged in. I hear it through my aux speakers, as well as directly through the tv set. Not sure what to do. Is it possible my tv's amp is burning out? What could be causing this?

it may be the lamp in the screen has gone bad the tv is worth replecing more than fixing cuause a screen costs almost as much as a tv

I just bought my 2004 BMW 530i with 78000 km's. while playing radio and cd, a static sound starts interupting the music and keeps happening every 6-10 seconds. it's very annoying! any solutions or reasons...

sounds like a grounding problem. need to check if any after market stuff was added first

My plasma tv has sound but picture turns black after on for 30 seconds

Power supply problems, Will need to be taken it in for service. Usually around a $200 to 300 dollar repair if you take it in.

Green and red pixel snow

This change the voltage doesn't sound right to me. You What voltage is someone telling you to change ? You should just have to plug into the wall and turn on and get a nice picture. I think something inside has failed and that is why you have the snow.
Sounds funny to me, I would have a technician look at it.

Sammsung s4253 plasma tv audio garbled on digital channels

I had the same problem with my S4253 using Directv. I then turned off the Dolby Digital on the sound settings on the Directv satellite box. Problem went away.

Samsung S4253- No Image, Only Multicolored Pixels; Sound OK

I had the same problem. Luckilly I had an extended warranty. Repair tech said it blew three main boards inside and to fix it out of pocket would have been more than the screen was worth. Hope this helps.

Its the broadcasting company and there "new technology" Have had an over the air box to get local HD channels and lost my PBS station, turned out to be a new signal incompatibility. The same is with my HP-S4253. Must not have the latest SW to process the new signals

Mouse jumping to bottom left corder randomly

What I'd try is go into the BIOS setup, and set your serial port for COM1 IRQ4 (Interupt) and 3F8H (address), if these latter notations are listed. Often, you will see the serial port, parallel port, etc. set to Auto. You may want to see if the PS2 port can be set to a specific Interupt and address also, just as long as the settings are not in use by another device. These kind of problems can be hard to pinpoint, but hopefully the above will solve your issue.
