HP PAVILLION dv 9000 laptop new bios instalation instructions

Have a look at this site "www.crucial.com/uk". Use the "System Scanner" towards the bottom of the page left side, next to Memory Advisor this will scan your pc and will then tell you what memory you require.

this is only bios issue..im sure 101% find the person who can update ur laptop bios with programmer ... no need open compelete laptop bios location is on the bottom ... if u need bios file i can send u .. this is my email [email protected]

Most of the manuals for HP products are available for free from hp.com Many of them are free downloads in PDF format. If they are not free you can purchase them there on line.

Remove the battery and the Power Cord. Leave for about a minute then put it back together and turn it back on.

I had this problem, because I have had my HP Pavillion Dv 9000 laptop replaced 3 times. There is a recall on those laptops. The mother board is no good. HP fixes the problem at no cost to you even if it is out of warranty. There is also a freeware and software BIOS update that was just released. And if your screen ever cracks there is a recall on that as well with the left display hindge. My solution: Call HP at 800-474-6836 they are available 24/7 365. Make sure you have your notebook Model number and serial number ready.

If you left the sd card in the reader, it is probably trying to boot off it. If the sd card is still in, remove it and try again

reinstall the audio drivers that is given to your laptop.
