hello there! there are actually several cell phone brands that don't have any easy access if opening the blue tooth..one of its main reason is that some phones are just reconditions. in your case, try consulting the nearest center wherein you had purchased your phone and inquire on how you can on your bluetooth. it happened to me already with my nokia recon phone, i can't work my blue tooth myself so i tried asking the assistance of a nearest gadget center and poof! they solve it right away. for more inquiry, please keep in touch with me. thanks!
hold down hook button until blue indicator goes solid blue
(mic FOLDED IN) flip out mic quickly and go to settins on phone and select bluetooth or connections and select find/add bluetooth device and select bond or pair enter passcode 0000.
select done and blue light should now be blinking indicating it was connected
