Try using 0000 as it's the basic code for every bluetooth unless manually change. That is the factory default.

I have this motorola n136 that I used with my old Samsung phone. Then I bought a new samsung and bought a new charger for the blue tooth and now I cannot synch the two together.

Your headset may also be called a HS850 (may look different) but the instructions would be the same. Instruction manual is here:>>>>>>>>>

Motorola Bluetooth Won't connect

hello there! there are actually several cell phone brands that don't have any easy access if opening the blue tooth..one of its main reason is that some phones are just reconditions. in your case, try consulting the nearest center wherein you had purchased your phone and inquire on how you can on your bluetooth. it happened to me already with my nokia recon phone, i can't work my blue tooth myself so i tried asking the assistance of a nearest gadget center and poof! they solve it right away. for more inquiry, please keep in touch with me. thanks!
