Need assembly manuel for Jenny Lind 012614 where can I find it online?? Every website takes me to another I am very frustrated....didn't think it would be such a ordeal to locate a manuel online???? Is...

Evenflo Jenny Lind Crib has been recalled.

When you call to get the kit to fix the problem (800) 356-2229 you could ask Evenflo directly!

Here are instructions without a manual...

1. Lay the headboard on the floor in front of you with the bracket holes and model number facing you. Use 2 ¾-inch wood screws to attach the L-bracket and the latch bracket to headboard. The L-bracket has 3 holes and attaches to the holes on the lowest section of the headboard. The latch bracket only has 2 holes and goes directly beneath the metal bracket for the mattress that is already attached. It should face toward the center of the headboard. Once you're done, complete the same procedure on the right side of the headboard. Then do the same for the footboard.

2. Stand the headboard up so you can attach the rails to it. First, place the cross dowel (the small piece of wood with a hole in the side of it) into the hole on the underside of the top rung of the rail. Then put a second dowel in the top side of the bottom rung. Line the left rail up with the headboard at a 90-degree angle, placing it in the brackets you just installed, and insert a 2 13/16-inch machine screw into each of the 2 holes on the front side of the headboard (the side that will face outward). Tighten each screw with your screwdriver until it hits the cross dowel. Then turn the cross dowel clockwise to lock it in. Do the same for the right side and then for the footboard.

3. Slide the mattress platform (the bottom of the crib) into the stabilizer rails (easy to distinguish, since they are the same size as the sides of the platform), putting the longer ones on the sides and the shorter ones on the ends. It will slide in easily. Use 5 ¾-inch screws to attach the hanger brackets to the corners of the platform. The holes are predrilled and you can only put the bracket on one way to match them up, so there is little worry that you will attach it wrong.

4. Put the support brackets (the straight, flat ones) on top of the predrilled holes in the underside of the stabilizer rails. Screw them in with ¾-inch wood screws. Then place the hanger brackets in the slots that were preinstalled on the headboard and footboard. Choose the level that will suit you best. Evenflo recommends the top two for infants.

5. Snap a caster (the round disc) on the bottom of each foot of the crib. Check that all your screws are tight to keep your baby safe.

2002 Graco crib instructions . i bought a used 2002 crib and I need to know how to put it together.

ok first thing first ,  some graco cribs and other products from 2002 -2010 are being recalled , so what crib model do you have? second , putting together a crib is very easy , . First , take the head board and stand it up , next find the side railings and one by one put the screw thru the rail and into the headboard , hold it in place untill it is where it needs to be , then put the second railing on , the screws should go thru the rail and into the headboard with the headboard in back of the rails, after the rails are secured then hold the foot board in place untill the screws are fastened into the rails as well , after you do this , then go around and make sure all the screws are tightned, then take the mattress spring and place it inside the setup rails and screw it unto the places alotted for the screws , then after this , place the matress inside and your done....if this doesnt help , please email me at [email protected] and tell me which model it is

Unique Oak Treasures Crib - Full Bed Bassett Model 5542-0521

We have this crib as well. We bought it from Babys R' Us in 2005.
We also purchased the rails to convert it to a full sized bed. It did not come with instructions but I can explain to you how to put it together.

The rail conversion set should come with 2 pieces of wood that act as the bed frame. You do not need to purchase the extended frame. The set should also come with 4 long screws, the hex tool to tighten it and 4 metal pieces. You might also have some wood nail cover plugs.

Once you've taken apart your crib, the only pieces that you will need are the 2 longer pieces of the crib...the headboard and the footboard. The 2 shorter side pieces which served as a headboard and footboard as a crib and the metal grate to hold up the mattress can be put into storage.

On the sides of each of the new wood rails, you will see a circle indent on each end with a hole. You will insert one of the long screws into each and then insert it into the head board. You must use the special tool to screw/ tighten it in. The metal flat pieces can be inserted into it the circle befor eyou are done tightning so that it does not strip or damage the end of the circle. You do this with the other rail on the other end and then add the footboard using the same process. If you would like, I can send you a copy of what this looks like close up. ( the cricle indent with screws. The bed is extremely strong. We've all napt in it as a family along with our 2 large dogs. I highly recommend ordering the extra long/ tall bed rails from OneStepAhead for security because my son has rolled out of the bed and it is super tall!

Heitage crib

If we have the same crib then I think I can help. I also bought the Heritage 3 in1 crib and am in the middle of converting it to a twin head board. I too found that the head board was much wider but you have to take the two side pieces that the crib parts attach to off(you will find the screws on the sides). But the problem that I am having now is once you take that off those side pieces they posed as the legs. So what Im thinking is that you have to screw the head board into the frame of the mattress. I havent gotten that far but I hope what I have done will help you. Let me know if this helped!!

Missing pieces

This is from Bassett's website.

Bassett recommends that all cribs manufactured prior to 1972 be replaced because improved safety features were instituted that year. If your crib was made in 1972 or after, replacement parts are available from Products America at 1-800-772-1041. If you are unsure when your Bassett crib was made, Bassett urges you to replace it.
