SOURCE: cassette door stuck closed
Firstly: do not think about forcing the cassette door! Look inside the unit. You need to hand rotate the capstan flywheel a bit,( a large-ish metal disc attached to the motor via a rubber drive belt.)That should release the powered deck mechanism and allow ejection. Then buy a new drive belt , so that problem does not recurr. Good Luck

The motor is last thing to gone before you go to service check the rubber belt which connect the motor to the door gears.Your set is 20 years old and this should be the problem and easy to fix
SOURCE: Nide code fore a panasonic cd stereo sistem
if you get a tv repair man he can fix and order the part that is the problem it is a twelve pin plug that needs specilist tools to remove. The part is an amplifier chip, common problem with the sa-ak600.

Amplifier chip/circuit is kaput. Unless you are familiar in fixing electronic equipments better to give it for repairs................sodeep
PS. Buying a new one will not be cost effetive unless you need a change!
SOURCE: Loud buzzing when I insert a tape in my car's stereo
Hiya, first try a normal cassette, see if that plays OK. If so the deck is probably fine, if not then the deck is faulty (probably not serious though and just a loose wire on the head).
If the connection between the tape and MP3 is a cable, the fault is quite likely there (if bluetooth then not). I strongly suspect the cable from the previous issues also.
Best of luck
