No. This is a DLP TV. It gets it's color by a color wheel. If color seems to drift across screen or there is a loud-ish whining noise from back of TV that you can here clear across a room, then this color wheel may be bad. They wear out.
A red tint in a DLP usually means a issue with the optical light engine it uses. A faint chance if a high pitched whine or fan like sound is the color wheel.......
it is possible that it could be a simple contrast problem, however it is very possible that the pigmentation problem is caused by a genuine manufactures defects, I would say if it is bearable then try and live with it, if it is still under gaurentee or warranty then contact the store/manufacturer
Do you mean that red and blue are reversed? If so, you may need to remove a jumper, see end of linked article. Pinkish-yellow or orange sounds like a good description of skin tone, but perhaps too intense. If the color is too intense, can you just lower the color level with the color control? Or can you just change the tint with the tint control? Otherwise, see

You have probably have installed the wrong lamp or you installed a third party/off brand Lamp. If that is the case anything other than a Factory replacement Lamp will have a different color temprature. Install a Lamp that is listed from the manufacture.
please try to reset the color settings then hit the tint color adjustment, if nothing change, you have a problem with the RGB Section that is need to replace some small parts!
You have a convergence problem. Components are shorted out and must be replaced. Unless you're a technician, there's really nothing you can do at this point.
This is an indication that the red gun is being driven too hard. Have you tried to adjust the red color control? If not try this first and if the control can not adjust the color then you will have to find out if the control grid on the red tube is working and has the proper voltages present. Which you will need the following equipment to do.
Multimeter
Oscilloscope
Along with these you will need a schematic to show you what the signals and voltages should be.
And I might also suggest having a pattern generator and using the color bar signal since more then likely that is the one being used in the schematic as the reference signal.
