Samsung AS09XLN air conditioner lights blinking

My samsung AS09XLN air conditioner(split unit)lights are blinking. Tried starting up from remote and from the air cond unit, still the same. At startup operations, will get the usual sound and then the lights will be blinking. The compressor or the aircond fan has not started. I have cleaned the filter on the top of the aircond unit and its still the same.
any solution to this would be greatly appreciated, or what are the possible causes?

Sounds like a common problem I have found with Samsung mini split unit. When powering on, does the internal blower attempt to start, then the unit stops and lights blink? If so, on the circuit card there is a 1.2uf or 1.5uf (CBB61) that probably has gone bad. I have replaced several of these. Good luck.

LG Split unit turns itself off after a couple of seconds of opera

Check your remote control using your camera or cellphone camera as your eyes. Point the remote control transmitter to your camera and "on", light should emit in your remote control transmitter (means good remote). Reset the unit by disconnecting the power supply for 10 sec. then "on" again and start the unit. If it wont work you need a qualified tech. to solve the problem. Some of your safety device might be defective.
