Looking for an air filter for a troy built chipper vac with a 5 hp cherokee engin model # 47282

is the gas any good?is it newer than 30 days old gas is only good for 30 days in small engines

I believe the carburetor part number for your model is 632631. I have the same TroyBilt chipper/Vac. It has a Tecumseh H50-65582W engine. A good parts diagram can be found at

If this is the right part, you can buy it at Jacks Small Engine parts for $79

Tecumseh part #36221 should be the starter cup you are looking for. It is available through www.partstree.com or try your local repair shop. Any shop that handles Tecumseh parts should be able to order it for you.

I note your looking for the Super Tomahawk. If you can come up with a model number I think I can find your parts manual for sure. (or at least an on-line parts list.) Also.... If you can come up with an engine number like OH120 or L90 off of the engine I can find you a manual for the engine also.

that could be wiring issue that the battery isn't able to take up the electricity supplied to it.. u know, the conductor between them..
if possible get a manual from reliable-store to fix it urself

Some fixya user told me a website reliablestore it is very good.. I used it to repair my shredder it had some spark issue which wasn't easily fixed.
you can go there and try
most shredder owners know about it
it's free so no harm in trying

There is a blockage in the outlet from the fuel tank, there is a filter in the tank and it is dirty. Try it anyway. Stephen.
